Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Mikara Construction Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at https://mikaraconstruction.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site and how we handle it.
Information we collect
This is a single-page marketing website. We do not require you to create an account and we do not sell personal information.
- Information you give us. If you contact us by phone or email using the details on this site, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, contact details, and a description of your project.
- The estimate form. When you submit the request form on this site, the details you enter, and the consent boxes you tick, are sent to our customer relationship management provider, HighLevel (LeadConnector), which stores them on our behalf so we can reply. Nothing is sent until you press Send Request, and the form sets no cookies. If you tick the second box you are also agreeing to marketing messages; that box is optional and you can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at the details below.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We store a single preference in your browser’s local storage to remember your choice in the cookie notice, so we do not have to ask again on every visit. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
If we add analytics in future, non-essential cookies will only be set after you accept them in the cookie notice.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide estimates for construction work.
- To carry out and administer projects we are engaged for.
- To keep the website secure and functioning correctly.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with subcontractors, suppliers, or professional advisers where it is necessary to deliver a project, and with service providers who host or maintain this website. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain uses. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and we apply standard security headers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information in our care.
Children
This site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

This policy is provided as a general template and is not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by a qualified attorney, and update it if you add analytics or advertising pixels. Note in particular that the estimate form collects consent to be contacted by automated call and text: the wording of those two checkboxes, and the records kept of who ticked them, are what a TCPA claim would turn on, so they are worth a lawyer’s eye.
